HEALTHY SMOOTHIES TO BEGIN YOUR DAY

Begin your day with these wonderful healthy recipes for you to ENJOY without feeling guilty !!

Blueberry Muffin Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk of choice (organic unsweeten vanilla almond milk, organic coconut milk)

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein

  • 1 large handful baby spinach

  • 2 tablespoons almond butter

  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes



Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup milk of choice (organic unsweeten vanilla almond milk, coconut milk)

  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

  • 3 tablespoons natural raw organic peanut butter*

  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

  • Organic chocolate chips on top, for serving (optional)




Banana Mango Avocado Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana, frozen

  • 1 cup mango chunks, frozen

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1/2 medium avocado

  • 1 cup milk of choice (organic unsweeten vanilla almond milk, coconut milk)

  • Splash of vanilla extract

  • Few drops of stevia extract or other sweetener (optional)



Instructions:

  1. In a blender or food processor, place all ingredients.

  2. Blend until smoothie. Pour into 1 large or 2 small cups.

  3. Enjoy!
